1.Responsible for establishing and continuously optimizing the process of customer quality complaint handling to ensure a good customer service experience.
负责建立并持续优化客户质量投诉处理的流程，保障良好客户服务体验。
2.Responsible for the collection and updating of customer quality complaints, and maintain a good communication channel with customers, if necessary, to the scene of the failure to confirm the cause of the problem.
负责客户质量投诉的收集和更新，并与客户保持良好的沟通渠道，必要时到故障现场进行确认问题原因。
3.Responsible for organizing relevant departments to diagnose, analyze and improve, and submit quality reports.
负责组织相关部门进行诊断、分析与改进，并提交质量报告。
4.Responsible for the tracking and verification of issues related to customer complaints, and propose corrective and preventive measures.
负责有关客户投诉问题的跟踪和验证，提出纠正和预防措施。
5.Responsible for summarizing and analyzing customer quality complaint statements and analysis reports, and regularly report to the direct leadership.
负责汇总分析客户质量投诉报表和分析报告，定期向直接领导汇报。
6.combined with customer / service department / sales department feedback, big data analysis, identify potential risks and work with relevant departments to propose improvement plans to optimize the quality of the machine.

7.Responsible for docking German headquarters complaint department to deal with the Chinese market imported machine quality complaints.

8.Responsible for warranty cost analysis, and submit reports to the business control (quality cost analysis) related interface.
负责保修成本分析，并向业务控制（质量成本分析）相关接口提交报告。
9.Regular meetings as well as communication with QM/QC department to drive optimization of machine quality.
定期和QM/QC部门开会以及交流，推动优化机器质量。
10.Other work assigned by the department head or company management.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above with engineering background;
全日制本科或以上，工科背景；
3. English as working language;
英语听说读写流利，可作为日常工作语言；
2. Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
Strong ability to resist pressure and work enthusiasm, strong internal drive;

Fette Compacting (China) Co., Ltd. is 100% invested by Fette Compacting GmbH. Total investment is over 18 Mio. USD. Fette covers all products in tableting technology, from tablet presses to peripherals and tableting tools. We also provide all services related to machinery and equipment, such as spare parts supply, installation, system upgrades, technical field service, generic term for our process related services which includes our training programs, compression trials, as well as application / OEE consulting and Engineering.
