职位描述
Purpose of the position:
To support the District to achieve its financial targets and a key business partner to the District Manager driving profitability and financial awareness.
Key Tasks:
?Responsible for timely and accurate MMR/MPR/GP reporting to Area (drive quality job costing/ verify MGP accuracy/ comment on variances.);
?Participation of the short-term planning process (budget/forecast);
?Analysis of results, reports on findings to District management and ensurance/supervision of implementation of action plans;
?Responsible to achieve NWC KPI's through driving action plans and initiatives in the District;
?Support the DM on the preparation of financial purchases/investments/lease agreements;
?Responsible for the implementation / execution of the group or area finance projects and procedures;
?Training support to all BU colleagues on financial tool, know how;
?Drive cost discipline awareness in the District;
?Co-operation with internal auditors and follow-up of their reports.
Skills & Competencies:
?Profound experience in Controlling and financial management
?Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word tools and Power Point
?Cross-functions competence
?Leadership
?Strong analytical thinking
?Strong verbal and written communication skills
?Exposure to general ledger accounting and financial statement reporting
?Proactive
?Ability to set priorities as well as multitasking
Educational background / Work experience:
?University or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting
?At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience
Language skills:
English, written and spoken
