Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility 主要职责 / 责任
1. Involved in new product projects under guide of Product Technology Manager.
2. Design new recipes by synthesis approach or mixing existing product to achieve the liquid properties, mechanical properties and any other specifications agreed on NPI. Meantime process possibility with equipment should be considered.
3. Introduce new testing method for quality control.
4. Prepare lab scale samples for the internal/external customers.
5. Provide recipe information (BOM, Spec, Routing, etc) when it is transferred to production site.
6. Support pilot plant production, up-scaling of new or improved products.
7. Liaise with BTS TS Engineers for the application of new products created from NPI projects.
8. Contributes to build up knowledge on the expertise.
9. Lead and guide the work assigned to the lab technicians.
10. Report regularly the progress to the line manager and stakeholders.
11. Execute policies and legislations for Safety in the lab environment.
12. Generates innovations and new concepts and contributes to knowledge build-up in the area of expertise.
