Main Duties 主要职责:

1. Monitor and continues improve HSE management system in accordance with relative regulations, ISO14001/ ISO45001 and other TK management requirements within PNAN; 根据国家相关的法律，ISO14001环境管理体系和 ISO45001职业健康管理体系，蒂森集团管理要求，在公司范围内监控HSE管理体系的有效运转和持续改善；
2. Follow up on the implementation of HSE programs and actions, and report accordingly 跟踪HSE活动的开展和相关的整改进度，并按时的汇报
3. Support HSE compliance program. Conduct compliance review and follow up actions to close gap; 支持HSE合规项目，进行合规性评审，并跟踪整改计划；
4. Propagandize HSE laws and regulations, and to ensure company employees comply with local and thyssenkrupp regulation. (by procedure, daily check, meeting, training); 在公司内部通过流程、日常检查、会议、培训宣传HSE规章制度，确保公司所有员工都遵守了蒂森克虏伯及地方法规要求;
5. Take part in the work which is relevant with HSE and Production System, and provide advice/consultation in aspect of HSE and TKPS (Environment, fire protection, Work safety, PPE management and etc.); 参与HSE所有相关工作，提供环境、消防、作业安全、劳保用品管理等方面的相关建议;
6. Prepare HSE management system training plan, and provide necessary training for relevant employees准备HSE管理体系方面的培训计划，为员工提供相应的培训.

8. Based on tkag requirements and local bureau regulations, supervise contractor activities within PNAN , ensure work safety of contractors.基于蒂森集团要求及政府法规政策要求，对供应商施工进行有效的监管，确保供应商在工厂内的作业安全。
9. Complying with tk Group Compliance Policy and business ethics; Follow standard work procedures and company rules / regulations; Achieve the company's energy management responsibility of employees.遵守集团合规要求和商业道德,遵守标准工作流程及公司规章制度;履行员工在公司能源管理体系中的相应职责。
10. Prefer to have the experiences of support safety, environment “three simultaneous” for new facilities. 有新建厂房项目安全，环保“三同时”项目经验者优先
11. Be familiar with existing environment regulations as well as on-site management experiences. 熟悉现有的环境法规，同时具备一定的现场管理经验。
12. Be familiar with machining and forging process 熟悉锻造和机加工工艺流程

3. Stop the activity in case of HSE related risks.

Qualification Requirement 任职资格
Education 教育:
College degree or above, major in safety engineering or environmental engineering
大专及以上学历，安全工程或者环境工程专业
Experience 经验要求:
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience， hold certification of certified safety engineer.
3年以上的相关工作经验,具备注册安全工程师证书。

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
