职位描述
Responsibilities：
-Lead product planning organization to achieve annual product promotion KPI.
-Be the window person to global product council on behalf of Autoliv China.
-Analyzes and understands China market and customer technology trends.
-Being the customer contact at ALV China for advanced technology.
-Build strong relationships with customers in China market. Identifies and understands customer needs and promote ALV China strategical products.
-Advanced technology interface between customer and Autoliv BU, Engineering and Product Lines.
-Support to create ALV China technical roadmap including gaps and commercial targets.
-Support benchmark and competition study.
-Support customer feasibility study.
-Coordinates with local D group regarding GDP inputs to support customer strategies.
-Promotes Autoliv new technologies and drive activities until “ready to quote” status.
-Influence customer specification when appropriate.
-Aligns Autoliv technology road map with customer expectation.
-Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement：
-Bachelor's degree. Engineering background as plus.
-More than 5 years of experience in customer management with technical focus.
-Strong in managing internal and external relationships.
-Fluent English language skills.
-Detailed-oriented with the capability to dig into data and prioritize tasks and decisions.
-Strong communication skills and capability to drive team collaboration.
-Ability and willingness to travel.
