Responsibilities
1. Responsible for completing the assigned tasks – coding, development testing, etc.
2. Closely guided and mentored by a senior member of the team.
3. Able to identify and resolve customer REAs and Bugs. Performs Unit testing.
4. Understands Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (design, coding, testing, maintenance).
5. Acquires product and required Technical knowledge to contribute to product development.
6. As a developer in an Agile team, needs to make sure that the team succeeds. So if there is a need to help out the QA or the Documentation activity, be open for that.
7. Understands the concept of ‘done” and takes full responsibility to deliver bug free code to the next phase.
Desired Skills & Experiences
1. Experience in C#/VB, .NET framework, .NET Core is required, VB6 experience is a plus
2. Experience with WPF/WinForm, ASP.Net, WebAPI is required.
3. Understanding of SQL data modeling, query editing, triggers, transactions and store procedures is required
4. Background in web development with HTML5/JavaScript is required, Angular or Blazor experience is a plus
5. Familiarity with Devops/TFS, Git.
6. Bachelor's degree with focus on software development or applied math
7. Familiarity of working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
8. Strong written English skills
9. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
10. Strong team player
