岗位职责：
1.对保安的培训、监督、考核(消防部分)；
2.对消防、安防设备设施、消防物资的日常检查及监督整改；
3.每月组织应急演练培训；
4.建立健全消防安全档案；
5.熟悉国家及地方消防法律法规；
6.编制年度消防演练、月度计划并组织实施。

任职资格：
1.具有一年以上同岗位工作经验；
2. 持消防中级证件；
3.了解消防、治安、监控等系统的基础知识；
4.熟练使用OFFER等办公软件。
