岗位职责：
1、负责项目的工程管控工作，物业设备、设施管控及人员管理工作；
2、负责项目工程部门相关制度、流程、标准、表单等文件的制订并监督执行；
3、针对项目专业系统的重大遗留问题、质量问题，制定技术解决方案，提供技术支持；
4、负责项目专业系统重大改造工程的方案论证和把关，并对改造进行技术指导；
5、了解、熟悉智能楼宇、信息化工程的市场应用情况及操作情况；
6、负责管控项目设备、设施各阶段维修保养计划（年、季、月）、安全检查计划，并督导计划落实；
7、制定公司工程培训计划，强化工程部员工技能培训，提高工程部各专业人员的业务能力与服务意识；
8、参与重大设施设备的选型、定标工作。

任职要求：
1、45岁以内，大专及以上学历；
2、电气类、空调、机电等相关专业，具有中级以上相关职称优先；
3、3年以上物业工程经验，1年以上一级物业资质公司同等岗位工作经验；
4、具备丰富的房屋建筑、水、电、气、空调、信息智能化等系统专业理论知识及实践操作能力；
5、具有很好的激励，沟通，协调，团队领导能力，责任心强。
