Job description:

-Responsible for system level application and technology development management of reducer products for eAxle application, manage customer requirements analysis and ensure development data delivery.
-Responsible for system requirements breakdown to reducer level, define reducer strength/durability/NVH performance target.
-Be responsible for system boundary definition, including packaging, interfaces to Motor, inverter, chassis mountings, side shafts and other environmental parts; Define reducer architecture, layout and lubrication method.
-Be responsible for system level technical development documents input, system design scheme approval and node deliverables.
-Responsible for D-FMEA of the system; Preparation of verification plan for assembly product test DV / PV;
-Communicate with customers and internal function teams to confirm problem solving scenarios and make technical agreement.
-Responsible for the promotion and application of reducer products.

Target qualification:
- Familiar with the design of the automotive transmission or eAxle reducer products
- At least 3 years working experiences in the related products, from international company preferred
- Proficiency in requirements management with DOORS or similar tools
- Proficiency in design tolerance analysis and technical documentation (drawings, specifications, etc.)
- Proficiency in validation methodology and being able to make evaluations for mechanical design and product performance (power, efficiency, NVH...).
- Experienced in people communication with customers and internal functional teams
- Defect management
- Basic knowledge of configuration management
- Good English communication skills required
