岗位职责：
1、协助领导开展部门工作，负责辖区内工作的安排、落实；
2、负责消防设施设备的巡查，并记录检查情况；
3、负责开展消防培训和宣传工作；
4、拟定消防演习计划，各类应急演练方案，报项目经理批准实施；
5、负责处理各类消防突发事件；
6、负责项目内的消防整体工作，定期检查，记录所辖项目内的消防器具、器材状况，及时调换过期、失效器材。
7、负责监督消防维保外包单位按维保计划开展工作，对不合格项提出整改建议并跟进落实；


任职要求：有相关工作经验者优先， 持有有效的建（构）筑物消防员证
