岗位职责：
1.制定公司的财务策略和计划，监督和管理公司的财务业务，确保公司财务运作稳健。
2.编制管理报表等财务相关的报告，分析和预测公司的财务状况和业务运营，提供有关财务决策的建议。
3.负责管理公司的资金和资产，制定和实施资金和资产管理政策。
4.监督公司的财务报告和会计工作，确保符合相关法律法规和内部控制要求。
5.协调和沟通公司内外部相关部门和机构，确保公司的财务合规性和有效性。
6.提供财务管理培训和指导，推动公司财务人员的专业发展。

任职要求：
1.会计或金融专业本科及以上学历。中级及以上职称，CPA优先考虑。
2.8年以上财务相关专业背景。四大或拥有良好成熟的公司治理的公司的任职经历将优先考虑。
3.具备良好的组织、协调和沟通能力，能够有效地处理各种财务事务和内部协作关系。
4.具有优秀的分析能力、判断力和决策能力，能够制定合理的财务策略和方案。
5.能够独立工作并解决问题。
6.富有创造力，能够制定和执行财务方面的创新解决方案，以提高效率和业务成果。
7.具有良好的职业操守和诚信品质，注重团队合作和沟通协调。

Job Responsibilities:
1Develop the company's financial strategy and plans, oversee and manage the financial operations to ensure the company's financial stability.
2Prepare financial reports such as management reports, analyze and forecast the company's financial status and business operations, providing advice on financial decisions.
3Responsible for managing the company's funds and assets, formulating and implementing policies for fund and asset management.
4Supervise the company's financial reports and accounting work, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal control requirements.
5Coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments and institutions to ensure the company's financial compliance and effectiveness.
6Provide financial management training and guidance, driving the professional development of financial personnel within the company.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance. Intermediate or higher professional title, CPA certification preferred.
2.Over 8 years of experience in finance-related fields. Experience in Big Four or companies with sound corporate governance will be given priority.
3.Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, capable of effectively handling various financial matters and internal collaborative relationships.
4.Excellent analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities, capable of formulating reasonable financial strategies and plans.
5.Able to work independently and solve problems.
6.Creative thinking ability to develop and execute innovative financial solutions to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
7.Demonstrates high professional ethics and integrity, emphasizes teamwork and communication skills.

GEEO Automotive is an international automotive engineering services company which provides vehicle engineering, show car design and build, and prototype fabrication services to automotive OEM and Tier supplier companies.
