Responsibilities:
1. Drive the effort of user research to create/clarify user personas, develop user journey/user story and provide improvement ideas to the user experience
2. Work closely with Product Management teams, Software Engineering teams and Users to facilitate the elaboration of requirement and provide input from UX perspective
3. Fully understand business requirement and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
4. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
5. Product visual design according to the corporate and project level design guidelines
6. Maintain project level design guideline and contribute to corporate level design guideline
7. Pitch and Present designs to stakeholders for sign-off
8. Follow through the implementation of design, conduct usability testing and provide feedback/improvement ideas to UX and engineering teams

Qualifications:
1. 3+ years working experience
2. Portfolio of previous work demonstrating a history of creating customer-focused, simple and intuitive designs using best practices for usability
3. Complete understanding of user interface design patterns and standard User Center Design methodologies
4. Experience with web-based application design and RWD (responsive web design) principle
5. Highly skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite…etc.
Soft Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of clients and employees
2. Ability to communicate ideas visually, verbally and in writing
3. Fluency in speaking and written English
4. Proactive & self-driven
Special skills as plus:
Front-end technology (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AngularJS)
