职位描述
Be responsible for project on-site executing on multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, Workday data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more. Develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR on-site operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Promote while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and members.
Main Duties:
-Providing HR operational support on New Hire pre-onboarding & on boarding process. Including relevant document & data collection to meet local compliance requirement. Maintain E-p file management for HR records.
-Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and relevant document prior to start date. Ensure contract, Exyte Policies are communicated to candidates for Day 1 and signature received.
-To engage and coordinate onboarding contributions for each new employee as per Exyte onboarding process.
-Oversee the overall onboarding/ off-barding process and assist in the development of accordingly guides and procedures.
-Providing local on-site operational support on employee termination per Exyte off boarding process.
-Prepare HR communications and general correspondence on site /locally as required.
-Assist in updating, maintaining data processing in Workday, as well as provide supporting on HR SharePoint and on other internal systems.
-Lead local effort to continue improve employee experience.
-Engage and support global HRSC project implementation locally.
-Provide local presence in Implementing and supporting local HR programs and policies as required.
-Responsible for the successful execution of one or more HR process(s)
-Manage service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)
-Drive increased productivity and compliance through identifying opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area (s)
-Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Exyte policy requirements
-Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication
-Participate in internal and external HR Operations audits
-Develop a strong working relationship with the Exyte HR, Leader and Employee communities through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues
-Preparation of year-end reporting
-Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process
