职位描述
该岗位负责基于产品线策略的产品/品牌管理,负责新产品上市和第三方产品引进项目,负责价格体系的执行和监管,对数字化项目提供支持。The role has the responsibility for developing and implementing the product/brand plan accordingly to product portfolio strategy; Follow up NPI/3rd party license in project; Implement price management; Provide support to digital program.

? 负责新产品/新规格的申请。 Range request management
? 跟踪新产品上市和第三方产品引进项目。 Follow up the NPI/3rd party license-in projects
? 定期参加产品线会议并落实会议行动计划。Regularly involved in PLT meeting and follow up the actions.
? 产品管理 Product Management
? 针对特定的细分市场,开发以客户需求为导向的创新的解决方案。Develops/delivers innovative, customer driven offers according to market segments
? 制订和实施重点产品的产品/品牌计划并组织实施。Develop product plan for key brands, follow up the implementation of product plan
? 负责所管理产品价格体系的执行和监管,确保把产品的价值准确传递给目标客户。Develops/implements sound value and transactional pricing based on customer perceived value.
? 定期参加销售月会、供需会议,落实会议上制订的行动措施。Regularly involved in routine business related processes including sales meeting, supply review and SOP with input/proposals and output for execution/tracking;
? 监控所负责产品的销售和供应的机会和风险点,确保业务贡献***化。Manage upside opportunities and downside challenges to ensure a business maximization;
? 市场推广管理 Campaign management
? 根据品牌计划,制订和落实市场推广计划。Develop and implement campaigns to communicate ditinctive value propositionto customer.
? 和销售团队紧密合作,将品牌定位和战略沟通到各个层级。监控市场推广计划的顺利实施,确保促销资源合理分配到位。Work closely with sales team and market communication team, oversee and drive a proper execution of campaign in alignment with brand strategy, and measure key programs effectively where it can make significant difference, and ensure a proper resource allocation and prioritization and make timely adjustment of A&P spending.

对数字化项目提供产品信息和专业支持。Provide portfolio/product information and perfessional support
