Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead REC/NTC Site Security Management:
? ？Lead Access Badge manage and control.
? Lead security systems maintenance & repair, including Access & CCTV systems, ensure the systems are in good working conditions and well maintained.
? Lead the security management modules, including, Image Capturing control, Material Move control, Office keys control, Parking lots and parking pass managing etc., ensure all the security modules are effectively running and well controlled.
? Lead onsite security staff team managing/supervising/training.
? Lead and resolution of any security related incidents and report out.？
? ？Ensure compliance with Ford Security and Local Legal Requirements.
? Lead the engagement and build the relationship with local government on security legal laws, regulations and requirements when needed.
? Lead security operations and management benchmark on local foreign companies or joint ventures.
? Lead security processes designing, reviewing, improving and implementation supervising.
? Lead the security MCRP/GAO, inclusive of other functions GAO.
? Lead and engage security system new establishment or upgrading project for new building project or existing building retrofitting project, including access control system and CCTV system design, upgrading and final acceptance testing.
? Supervise contracted security service provider to ensure the service is in compliance with company requirement and alignment in contract.
? Ensure Security Operations are safety and security for employees, suppliers, and visitors to Ford Motor Company. Ensure protection of people, property, and assets.
? Lead security accident report and investigations.
? Lead and ensure effective security budget control.
Lead REC/NTC Site Fire Protection Management:
? ？Lead the fire system maintenance of existing installations (Fire Pumps, Sprinklers, valves, smoke detectors, alarm systems, portable extinguishers, etc.), ensure the systems are in good working conditions and well maintained.
? Lead the engagement and build the relationship with local government on fire legal laws, regulations and requirements when needed.
? Work with AON, FORD Global Fire Risk Management Consulting (RMC) to make sure site fire system is in compliance with Ford Global Fire Standards and Requirements.
? Lead the fire review on MCRP/GAO, ensure compliance with the requirement.
? Lead the annual Aon Fire Risk onsite Survey & Test, ensure compliance with the requirement.
? Lead and be response for fire system new establishment or upgrading project for new building project or existing building retrofitting project, including fire system design, upgrading, final acceptance testing and handover.
? Hot Work approval and related process reviewing and implementing.
? Lead local fire operational processes designing, reviewing, improving and implementation supervising.
? Lead the Fire safety training, Fire drills.
? Supervise contracted fire service provider to ensure the service is in compliance with company requirement and alignment in contract.
? Lead fire protection budget control.
? Lead the REC Security & Fire bulletin operation, ensure the effective communication on security and fire affairs.
? Lead Fire accident report and investigations.
Coordinate and co-lead the REC/NTC Emergency Response Plan and Business Continuity Plan:
? ？Coordinate and co-lead the REC/NTC Emergency Response Plan and Business Continuity Plan, including reviewing, maintaining, training, testing, implementing etc.
? Coordinate and support the Emergency Response Team.
? Schedule regular emergency response drills (e.g. evacuations).
? Ensure compliance with Ford GAO and Local Legal Requirements.
New Construction Project support and Innovation & Smart Workplace Project:
? ？Lead security system delivery for new building /modification project, including designing, construction phase support, final acceptance testing etc., working closely with global security team.
? Lead Fire system delivery for new building/modification project, including construction phase support, final acceptance testing etc.
? Lead Innovation & Smart Workplace project.
? Support Sustainability and Energy Saving project.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above.
? Above 8 years experience on leading security & fire and or building and facilities maintenance operations.
? Security and fire management experiences in multi-national company or Joint-venture company is highly preferred
? Engagement capabilities with external business stakeholders
? Strong technical knowledge in security & fire and or building and facilities maintenance fields
? Strong security guard team leading and coaching experience
? Strong capability in vendor cooperation and management
? English communication skills in both written and oral
? Practiced computer skills in office software Self Starter / Initiative
? Team Player
? Ability to learn and adapt
