Job Responsibilities：

Set up and control all logistical processes and concept, ensure production requirement, control the inventory and traceability.

建立并控制物流的流程和规划，确保生产要求，控制库存和可追溯性。

Cooperation with customers, sales department and production for customer ordering process, including demand forecast, customer order checking and confirmation and customer satisfactions analysis.

与客户、销售部门和生产部门合作完成客户订单流程，包括需求预测、客户订单检查和确认以及客户满意度的分析等。

Control the procurement process of direct materials, as well as material planning and place order to supplier for series delivery in consideration of defined stock volume to ensure production continue running and further on to satisfy the customer needs.

根据指定的库存目标管理直接物料的采购流程，包括物料计划，向供应商下达批量采购订单并跟踪交付，以确保生产继续运行并进一步满足客户需求。

Warehouse overall material layout planning and project work planning and schedule control; On-site management, 5S implementation, visual management implementation

仓库整体物料布局规划及项目工作筹划与进度控制；现场管理督导，5S推行，目视化管理执行情况

Follow up defined production and shipping plan, ensure work order material received in warehouse timely, Load prepared material, Report and track material shortage, Arrange finished products shipment timely and accurately

根据指定的生产计划和出货计划,确保工单物料及时收货入库, 备料上线, 欠料提报跟踪,成品出货的及时与准确。

Ensure accuracy of warehouse material, make cycle counting plan, implement annual counting plan and track material variation improvement. Push to deal with slow-moving material timely to reduce inventory.

确保仓库物料准确率，制定循环盘点计划及年度盘点计划实施和物料差异改善跟踪。 推动呆滞料及时处理降低库存。

Design and establish the internal and external transportation concept, management the implementation of defined concept in daily base, as well as be responsible for continue improvement of defined process.

设计并建立内外部物流方案，及其日常执行的管理和持续改进。

Complete other tasks assigned by Manager.

完成上级领导交代的其他各项工作任务。

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor;  Master degree or above is preferred

本科或以上学历;硕士及以上优先

Above 8 years' multi-functions experience in difference logistics are, like supply chain material-/ production-planning, warehouse management, Transportation management or inventory management etc.

8年以上不同物流领域的相关经验，比如供应链计划物料-/生产-计划， 仓库管理，运输管理以及库存管理等

Good communication skill in hard and complex situation & interpersonal relationship
