工作内容：

  与内外部团队，包括跨国的工程团队， 定义车载显示屏的技术规范和路线图并负责相关技术在项目上的落地

- Worked with internal and external team, including multinational engineering teams, to define the technical specifications and road maps of automotive displays and responsible for the implementation of relevant technologies in the projects.

  跨项目的车载显示屏产品的设计发布和项目关键节点交付， 包括但不限于3D数模，图纸，FMA， 零部件和整车级别的相关测试以及关键参数的审核批准。

- Design and release of vehicle-mounted display products across carline and delivery of project key milestones including but not limited to 2D/3D CAD, drawings, FMA, component and vehicle-level validation as well as the approval of key display parameters

  供应商的日常管理，包括但不限于项目开发计划，设计方案评审，DV/PV实验计划的审核以及测试结果的验收。

- Supplier management , including but not limited to project development plan, technical design review, DV/PV test plan review and test results acceptance.

  车载显示屏的成本评估优化以及部分质量问题的改进。

- Cost evaluation and optimization of automotive display and quality issue improvement.

任职资格：

  三年以上汽车显示屏的设计开发经验. 本科及以上学历

- At least 3 years experience in design and development of automobile display. Bachelor degree or above.

  深入了解车载显示屏TFT, OLED的设计方案， 如a-si/LTPS,TN/IPS/VA, in-cell 等 

- Deep knowledge of Automotive display, TFT/OLED design knowhow： a-si/LTPS,TN/IPS/VA, in-cell e.g.

  英语听说读写良好，英语可作为主要的工作语言. 

- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as the main working language.

                                    

  有车载显示屏主流一级供应商的产品开发经验。 有车规TFT模组厂产品开发经验优先

- With product development experience of mainstream Tier1 supplier. Product development experience in TFT module vendor is preferred
