职责描述：
1. 负责实验室的日常管理和运营维护
完成相关理化设备到场安装、验收等工作
2. 测试方法开发、建立、确认等工作；
3. 热处理产品金相组织（如残奥，马氏体，渗碳体，碳化物等），CHD，及硬度等的评定和检验
4. 来料的性能检验，硬度，成分，碳化物，纯净度及表面氧化等的检验
5. 产品清洁度的检测和优化改进
6. 产线清洗机等化学溶液的监控和改善
7. 产品检测方法及检测设备说明的指导书撰写
8. 实验室设备的定期维护校验
9. 返回件分析技术支持
10. 客户审核及实验室相关资质审核
11. 实验室组内设备的日常点检、校准、维护保养、测试等工作
12. 负责输出实验原始记录、基本数据处理、测试报告编制工作；
13. 协助现场完成测试数据分析
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，金属材料或化学等相关专业，有3年以上物理化学实验检测分析经验
2、熟悉金属材料及有机化学检测相关的ISO/DIN/GB等测试标准，且熟练掌握材料、化学溶液及清洁度等检测仪器
3、有扎实的仪器分析理论基础，较强的动手能力，驱动力较强
4、具有强烈的责任心、能吃苦耐劳，认同公司价值观
5 具有实验室搭建经历者优先
