We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Providing clear guidance to subordinates so as to ensure smooth running of daily operations
Supervising the team to strictly follow group policies and standards and local regulations as well
Ensuring the accurate, efficient and high quality service delivered
Motivating staff to achieve the individual career development goal as well as business targets
To monitor daily operations in regard to settlement of HBCN’s Wealth Management products, trailer fee reconciliation and unit holding reconcile etc and handle exceptional cases by communicating with various parties.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Abundant knowledge on banking operations
Knowledge on compliance/regulations
Problem solving skill
Skill to encourage team morale so as to cope with the high business volume within tight time pressure
English both in oral and writing
Communication skill
Supervising and working with a large team of different experience levels;
Handle multiple/complex customer instruction within limited time-frame;
Motivating subordinates to achieve high service standard and prodcutivity;
Working under pressure with limited resources.
