YOUR TASKS
As Functional Safety Engineer to ensure that the project is developed in strict accordance with ISO26262， Monitor, facilitate and execute every step of the company's functional safety process
作为功能安全工程师，需要保证项目严格按照ISO26262标准进行开发，并负责监控，促进以及执行公司功能安全流程的每一个环节
Perform safety management activities according to relevant standards during all project phases regarding safety plan, DIA, safety case etc.
在所有与安全相关的项目阶段，根据相关标准执行安全管理活动，安全计划、DIA、安全档案。
Conduct reviews with Germany side and project team to ensure functional safety standards are being met throughout product development process.（including confirmation review，audit，assessment， etc.）
与德国以及项目团队一起进行评审，以确保整个产品开发过程符合功能安全标准（包括确认评审、审核、评估、等）
Collaborate with customer and supplier about identifying the functional safety requirements.
负责与客户以及供应商沟通识别功能安全需求
Develop technical safety concept and support HW/SW architecture to ensure fulfillment of safety requirements
开发技术安全概念并支持HW/SW架构以确保安全需求的实现
Support detail design and validation/verification of product during development sub phase to compliance with ISO26262
支持产品的详细开发过程以及测试验证过程以保证产品符合ISO26262
Support project team to conduct and review safety analyses (DFA FMEA FMEDA FTA SW safety analysis etc.)
支持团队开展与评审安全分析（DFA
FMEA FMEDA FTA SW 安全分析等）
Understand and support requirement management, change management, configuration management ,document management and other supporting process with other engineering teams
理解并支持其他工程团队进行需求管理，变更管理，配置管理，文档管理等其他支持过程。
Improve the safety culture of the project team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from an ABET accredited university
Minimum 3 years’ experience of automotive engineering
Good safety analyses skills(DFA FMEA FMEDA FTA SW safety analysis etc.)
Fluent communication in English
Good problem-solving skills
Skillful technical, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret systems requirements and other technical specifications
Minimum 1 years’ experience on ISO26262 application and management
Briefly understand Software Quality and process (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI)
Good communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university
Experience in developing sensor Camera, RADAR, EPS, BMS, BCM and sensors
Experience in Cyber Security
Fluent communication in German
Experience in Functional safety process establishment
Trained in requirement management tools (DOORS preferred)
Ability to work independently and in team environment to achieve maximum productivity
