Promote Innovation

1. To optimize the current analytical method (HPLC, GC, Titration..)
2. To make innovation on the new analytical method, especially for the impurity determination
3. To support the installation and upgrading of Adisseo on-line analyser, make innovation on new on-line analyser based on Adisseo process
4. To do the follow-up of the actions decided during monthly R&I tech meeting
5. To promote innovations by writing relevant patents
6. Scout for collaboration with academia or industry if necessary
7. To proactively promote new ideas

Analytical work and method transfer             

1. To finish the daily analysis work in the lab (HPLC, GC, GC-MS…), and maintenance management of the analysis equipment
2. Cooperate with 3rd party on the special analysis work, follow up the progress, and confirm the results
3. To structure new analytical method studies (objectives, resources, delay, milestone, follow-up, reporting), and transfer the method to QA/QC for daily analysis
4. Keep communication with France for analytical method optimization and ring test
5. To communicate with R&I Engineer/Manager in order to industrialize discovery in the lab after Feasibility/Development study
6. To provide support to project and process teams but also during industrial start-ups

Document Management           

1. Completion of documentation to show and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and protocols
2. In charge of technology watch to integrate new process technology into an existing business environment

People Management

1. To participate to the training of the new lab technicians, analytical technicians or operators in RICA
2. To ensure HSE training and management

Qulifications:

1. Master Degree in analytic chemistry 
2. Analytical work experience in fine chemistry or pharmaceuticals is a plus
3. Systematic thinking §  Problem-solving skill
4. Proficiency operation in analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, GC-MS, HPLC-MS, Titration…   
5. Strong communication skill and presentation skill    
6. Fluent English speaking and writing
