职位描述
Role / Responsibilities / Key objectives
The role is to be the single point of contact to work with different technology project managers on the application environment setup and support production release.
Be part of the production support team and familiar with the production access management, monitoring management, risk management, capacity management, and change management.
Work with different technology teams to complete the production environment setup that fully comply with existing production management procedures.
Review the application TRP plan and make sure new setup comply with TRP plan.
Participate technology project in early stage and prepare application monitoring requirement on critical application interfaces/time periods, and support related testing.
Provide regular updates to application support lead, and timely highlight the risks of each projects.
Prepare and standardize the production environment setup procedures for each project go live.
Requirement
Essential Skills (Technical / Business Domain / Managerial/ Soft skills)
Educated to degree level
5+ years working experience in a similar role in financial/banking industry
Spoken/written English skills are required.
Good Understanding of SDLC/technology concepts and terminology.
MS SQL/Oracle SQL working experience, familiar with stored procedures, TSQL etc.
Experienced in one or more of the following programming languages (Java, C++, ASP, C#, Python, Java script, shell script).
Understanding of HTTPS, REST, JSON, Web Service, TCP/IP, Linux/Unix commands.
Understanding the popular Middleware and configuration e.g Apache, IIS , Weblogic, Tomcat, WAS etc.) ？ Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, strong at Process, System, and Data analysis
Ability to use standard MS Office products: Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint
A good team player but also able to work independently with strong problem solving skills and work well in matrix management environments
Desired Skills (Technical / Domain / Managerial/ Language skills)
Knowledge in corporate banking systems will be preferred
Production support experience will be preferred
