职位描述
Responsibility:
1) Act as VEVA change leader of product line to support cost optimization by analysis/optimization of design, production, value stream and etc.
2) Consolidate VEVA projects of product line by linking with Res. change leader from purchasing, T&P change leader from engineering and plants VEVA window
3) Take lead to drive identification, feasibility study of VEVA ideas such as localization, resourcing and improvement of low EBIT project after serial production and work as project buyer role for post-launched projects after TG4
4) Lead change project team to set up change target, including quality, cost, timing planning and resource requirement
5) Lead intensive supplier/plant on-site workshop with support of cross-functional team to investigate competitiveness, gather ideas for design/cost optimization and achieve success in the area of cost/quality/delivery
6) Work with other purchasing team like commodity purchase/divisional purchase to review/define commodity strategy, figure out VEVA opportunities and drive execution
7) Monitor and highlight any abnormal conditions within change planning / critical path which would jeopardize quality or delivery. Communicate / highlight change risk to management
8) Monthly saving report for responsible product line to report the actual saving data VS. planned
Requirements:
1) Well-known in Seatbelt or Airbag product is preferred
2) Have good command of purchasing basic knowledge
3) Familiar to change management process
4) Strong accountability and good coordinate ability/communication skills
5) Fluent English language capability in speaking and writing
Expectation: Ownership, good resilience, data analysis and sensitivity, communication skill, full of innovation and sustainable growth.
