Responsible for the quality performance stabilization and promotion.Support customer about their quality requirement and reach the agreement. Response for customer complaints, lead 8D activities and summarize 8D reports. Lead quality activities monitor quality performance, Monitor Production process in coontrolling, get quality target.
1. Customer satisfication and relationship maintenance
2. Quality control from advance phase to mass production, until EOP
3. Lead problem solving by 8D on official customer complaints and internal hot issues
4. Arrange process and product audit
5. Lead quality continously improvement
