Responsibilities:

1. Help technical support team to complete the technical projects in IPC application and participate in the projects reviewing in RD
协助技术支持团队完成IPC（涂料/油墨/胶粘剂）应用中的技术项目，并参与RD项目的评审。
2. Assist technical support engineer to treat related lab work according to internal and external requirements.
协助技术支持团队根据内部和外部的要求处理相关的实验室工作。
3. Deal with complaints and questions from customers for product applications and properties through experiments in lab.
通过实验室实验，处理客户对产品应用和属性的投诉和问题。
4. Cooperate with technical support team and sales manager to collect information and product samples of competitors. Do evaluation of samples of competitors and report the difference.
与技术支持团队和销售经理合作收集竞争对手的信息和产品样本。对竞争对手的样本进行评估并报告差异。
5. Cooperate with sales manager and other technical support engineers to find new opportunities (new products, new application area of existing products, new customer and etc.) in the market.
在市场上，与销售经理和其他技术支持工程师合作，寻找新的机会(新产品、现有产品的新应用领域、新客户等)。
6. Evaluate new products and product application properties and compare them with competitor’s products.
评估新产品和产品应用性能，并与竞争对手的产品进行比较。
7. Prepare and update product documents which include product information sheets, specifications, MSDS of property and performance and provide to sales, customer service or customers in case of requirement.
准备和更新产品文件，包括产品信息单、规格、财产和性能的MSD，并在需要时向销售、客户服务或客户提供。
8. Come up with proposals of business development projects and assist technical support team to run business development projects.
提出业务发展项目的建议，并协助技术支持团队管理业务发展项目。
9. Order imported samples from Sasol sites in other countries and complete the whole process independently and smoothly.
从其他国家的Sasol工厂订购进口样品，并独立和顺利地完成整个过程。
10. Help sales to print samples order, send out samples to oversea customers and complete the whole process independently and smoothly.
协助销售部打印样品订单，向海外客户发送样品，并独立顺利地完成整个过程。


Qualifications
1. Master in surfactants or chemistry-related majors.
表面活性剂或化学相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 3-5 years in application and development of surfactants experience or 3 years experience in the ink or coatings industry are preferable.
3-5 年表面活性剂应用和开发经验，或3年油墨或涂料行业经验优先考虑。
3. Solid professional knowledge.
扎实的专业知识
4. Sociable with high motivation, good personality and communication skills.
具有良好的人际关系处理和沟通能力。
5. Good English skill.
