Responsibilities:
Execute daily C&B operation including monthly payroll cycle running, data check and consolidate, cooperate on employee’s social insurance, ensure adherence to local regulations.
Lead investigation of C&B policies and streamline company C&B policies with the support from ALTEN HR management team.
Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new regulation, obtaining qualified opinions, advising feasible actions to take.
Prepare cost analysis and HR reporting based on the corporate requirement and keep upgrading the report format and the in-depth of the reporting.
Qualifications:
University degree in relevant discipline or above
Over 7 years of working experience in HR, 5 years minimum in C&B function
Very hands-on experience in payroll and social insurance policy
Good interpersonal skills, good at communication with people from different levels
Good analytical skills and be proficient in MS office software with excel and ppt
Good writing skills in English
HRIS experience is a plus, Working experience in foreign-invested company is a plus
