职位描述
A. Accountabilities
· The job holder is responsible for continuous business support to entire fleet efficiency and engineering support teams( ACSB, ACSBC, ACSBI )
· The Job holder is responsible supporting customer events (symposium, seminar, workshop, forums etc.)
· The job holder is responsible supporting team communications (CSIP/Supplier rating/retrofit survey etc.)
· The Job holder is responsible supporting project management(CCC operation, Fleet support, working party etc.)
B. Main activities
1. Be familiar with fleet efficiency/engineering support process and assisting report/dashboard
2. In charge monthly SQCDP (Fleet performance, engineering support), Monitoring and follow up CSIP tackle plan
3. In charge logistic support to customer events(symposiums, seminars, technical forums, and engineering workshops)
4. Manage projects administration and associated business meetings, visa, training, etc.
C.Input
· Chinese native and excellent English on oral and written.
? Excellent MS office software skill, specially on Excel & PowerPoint
· High interest, experience and knowledge in working with extensive and highly integrated electronic data processing systems.
? Team player and good communication skill
? Ability to adapt to technology evolution
? Aviation technical background is a plus
? Ability to cope with stressful environment
