岗位职责：
一.客户维护联系：
1.主动联系已成交客户，了解已成交客户的运输需求，掌握已成交客户的日常出货状态；
2.接受已成交客户的询价，根据已成交客户的服务要求向已成交客户进行日常报价，实现已成交客户的反复成交；
3.协作做好相关客户档案管理工作；
二.销售订单联系和处理：
1.根据客户的运输需求，向客户提供运输方案；
2.接受客户订单，操作货物进口流程，完成客户需求；
3.向发货人索要、审核货物运输资料，确保货物顺利出运或清关；
4.根据销售订单执行过程出现的异常情况，和客户商议订单的物流方案进行调整；
三.费用确认及账款催收
1.与客户费用确认及对账工作；
2.协助进行客户应收账款催收工作。
四.其他
1.公司有对应的其他业务，有时需要跑码头，要求能吃苦耐劳，灵活机动。
职位要求：
1.学历：本科以上，英语六级以上；
2.专业：物流、英语、国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业；
3.经验：有相关国际贸易、国际货运&物流行业从业经验者较佳；有危险品进出口经验优先；有较强的沟通能力及人际交往能力；较强的客户服务能力和谈判能力；团队协助能力强；熟悉空运海运操作流程，有扎实的贸易基础知识，熟悉国际贸易术语。
