项目主管（欧美独资公司，行业垄断，薪资待遇优厚，海外培训机会）


Main responsibilities:
- To manage Research and Development projects for saftety products
- To present regular progress reports, that are of international quality and to escalate any issues to higher management
- To work with the Project Teams to achieve phase gate and Milestone reviews in accordance with NPI process.
- To lead, manage and motivate the project teams to ensure that products are planned, implemented, released and supported consistent with the agreed standards and strategy, and risks are identified and managed.
- Support technical issue in the beginning.

Requirements:
- Education:-Bachelor degree ( Mechanical or Electrical / Electronics Engineering major or similar preferred)
- Work experience:-5 Years working experience in R&D field, General project management capabilities, extensive knowledge of Product Development processes from customer definition, development design, implementation and test, design transfer to production and launching products to the market
- Preferred experience in some of the following; Design of product for tough working environments
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Good communication skills;
- A thorough and methodical approach.
- Good teamwork skills
- Other requirements-Open minded and capable to work in an international team
