职位描述

JOB PURPOSE:
??Be responsible for developing Sales Channel Strategy for all TTC Comfort products in North China especially in the project management for Floor Heating & HWAT products. Execute the Channel Business Plan in order to achieve the growth on market share and sales revenue.

Strong Collaborate is expected to build out Product Promotion together with Product Marketing Team by building stronger brand awareness at Residential & Commercial Market.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To exercise the channel management skill through:
??The identification and prioritization of key Channel Development.
??Establishing and monitoring the Channel Business Plan.
??Identification of the business development opportunities in the geography where Comfort Products show the growth by increasing consumer spending.
??Strong leadership and negotiating skills necessary to getting the commitment from channel partners to promote TTC Comfort Products
??Strong Channel Management and Market Development ability..
??Provide 'Channel-strategy' support the growth and avoid any potential conflict between channels.
??Work with channels to win identified projects or consume segment and achieve mutual business plans.
??Research competitive activity with respect to changes in products, services, pricing or marketing strategies by the competitors within North China.
??Management reserve the right to assign or re-define duties and instruct the post holder to carry out any other duty commensurate with this post.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
??Bachelor Degree or above in technical discipline with Professional Engineering or equivalent certification.
??At least 5 years or above working experience in multinational companies with solid experience in Sales function in project& retail channel development and facing to similar group of end-users
??Has a good command of computer skills in Microsoft office/AutoCAD
??Be willing to travel often
??Market Knowledge: Possess a detailed, in depth knowledge of the Comfort Products for Residential& Commercial Markets and being familiar with the market of North China.
??Customer Knowledge: Requires strong, well established relationships at senior, influential levels within Key account such as National scale real estate developers, International hotel management groups, famous design firms and some retail Customers like B&Q or Home Depot etc..
??Technical Knowledge: Requires a working knowledge of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
??Engineering Knowledge: Requires a working knowledge of the engineering design and construction process within the large commercial residential projects.
??Construction Industry knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of project and construction management, safety management and contract management.
??Channel Management Skills: Strong negotiation skills, adept at and clearly understanding of setting Business Goal and getting the commitment from Channels to promote TTC Comfort Products.
??Product Knowledge: Possess a reasonable knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within the target industries. Knowledge on promoting Floor Heating &HWAT Business is PLUS.
??Communication Skills: Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and preferably one other language.
??Organization Skills: Strong account management and time management skills.
