3.1Internally
The role will report to the Marketing Director based in Shanghai.
？Cross marketing team – brand team, insights etc.
？Sales headquarter and regional offices
？Regional/ Global brand team
3.2Externally
The role will need to work extensively with external partners and stakeholders such as:
？Distributors
？Marketing Agencies
？Customers
？Suppliers
4Outputs and Accountabilities
？On-trade strategy development (20%)
oParticipate in brand planning, develop strategic brand plan to deliver target volume, profit and share objectives, as well as building brand equity in on-trade
oIdentify consumer/shopper insights and opportunities to create brand linkage, and translate those insights into brand connecting platform to consumer
？On-trade brand building experience (40%)
oLanding total portfolio brand in on-trade channel, with on-trade as a key part of consumer touchpoints to drive sales and build brand
oDevelop and landing always-on brand building activations toolkits including call to action POSM, activations, and O2O experiences
oWorld class brand experientials in flagship and gold outlets
？Brand experiential and brand advocacy (20%)
oEducate key partners and sales team on the brand portfolio experience to ensure world class experience of our brands in all touchpoints
oLead brand participation in brand experientials, ie. Fairs, events, festivals etc.
？People and team development (20%)
oBuild team capabilities to deliver world-class brand experientials
5Required Knowledge and Experience
？7+ years of on-trade marketing experience in international beverage company
？Proven experience of development and execution of holistic trade marketing activations
？Strong commercial acumen and proven agency management skills
？Budget management skill
？Good command of written and spoken English and native Chinese ability

？Strong creative development skills, including intuitive ability to understand powerful creative ideas and how to translate them into strong experiential executions, combined with strong understanding of research methodology
？Strong communication skills, an engaging and dynamic personality
