JOB TITLE/职位名称 : Sales Manager – North of China
REPORTING TO/汇报对象
Greater China Sales Manager
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
1. Secure and grow the business with existing customers, make sure current business runs smoothly
2. Create new businesses and new customers
3. Develop new markets/ applications for VINNAPAS dispersion in North of China
4. Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting
5. Manage, support and couch the distributor
6. Prepare and implement marketing activities according to market plan
7. Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting
8. Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for our customers
9. Handle and settle customer complaints in collaboration with the local business team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
1. Bachelor of science , major in chemistry or chemical engineer, preferred in high polymer or fine chemistry .
2. 3 to 7 years industrila selling experience,in specialty chemicals,preferred in coating industry
3. Experience in Shanghai (Shanghai origin, studies in Shanghai or work experience in Shanghai preferred)
4. Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
5. English, spoken and written
6. Excellent communication skills – above average interpersonal skills
7. Team spirit
8. Target oriented and persistent (never give up)
9. Full of energy and initiatives to develop new markets, applications and customers
10. Willingness to travel
11. Ability to work under pressure
12. Self-reliant
13. Good sense of judgement
