职位描述
1-负责对接完成公司所属部门下达的各项运营政策、管理和经营目标要求；
2-负责有效完成区域及项目提报的年度主要工作计划；
3-负责带领区域内各项目负责人做好项目服务品质提升，并挖掘各项目服务亮点的呈现；
4-负责所管辖区域内各项目运营成本控制及项目应收账款催收；
5-负责所辖区域内各项目客户关系维护，定期与甲方客户同客户沟通及时掌握项目的运营情况及客户意见；
6-负责区域内所辖项目的安全生产，督查所辖项目服务品质工作；
7-负责所辖区域EHS的强化及突发事件应对、管理、善后工作；
8-负责所辖区域内新项目及撤场项目过渡期体系搭建及管理；
9-负责所辖区域内客户现场服务质量投诉统计、跟进及澄清；
10-为区域内客户提供专项顾问服务（OEM拓展）；
11-支持协助销售团队的技术与商务方案制定、优化、述标等业务拓展工作；
12-负责所辖区域内项目服务合同续约风险分析、评估、汇报工作，配合部门销售顺利完成服务合同续签工作
任职要求：
1-本科及以上学历
2-有3年以上项目管理经验，熟悉设施管理业务；
3-沟通良好，可适应出差；
