1.参与新项目小组，在设备导入前期提出相应的设备要求；
Participate in new production line projects, provide necessary requirements during the early stage of machine input.
2.参与新项目小组，在设备验收阶段检查设备是否符合奥托立夫相关标准和要求；
Participate in new production line projects, check the machine whether meet the requirements and standards of Autoliv or not.
3.根据奥托立夫要求，在设备导入阶段要求供应商对设备进行针对性改造。
Make corresponding upgrade during new machine introduction period according to the requirements of Autoliv.
4.新生产线和新设备的Capex提交和跟踪
Submit and follow up the new production line or new machine capex .
5.根据奥托立夫生产系统要求，优化生产线工艺，优化设备，降低生产成本；
According to APS requirements, involve in continuously improving process, optimizing machine, and reducing the production cost..
6.负责编制和维护新项目文件，并对生产线人员进行相关培训，定期根据标准审核生产线；
Prepare detailed new project documents, train operators, audit lines according to Autoliv standards.
7.维护制造过程中全球过程标准的使用的符合性；如：MPS，GPS, Master PFMEA；
Maintain and verify the process of the use of global process standards compliance, such as MPS,GPS, Master PFEMA.
任职要求：
1.熟悉工业工程方法
Familiar with industrial engineering methods.
2.熟悉设备验收的奥托立夫相关标准
Familiar with related machine acceptance standards of Autoliv.
3.熟悉非标设备开发流程
Familiar with the procedure of non-standard equipment development.
4.具备设备开发相关项目管理经验
Experienced with projects management for line or station development .
5.熟悉FEMA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA相关知识
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA-related knowledge.
6.熟练使用Office软件
Familiar with Office software.
