职位描述

Description:
--Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of, and ensures adherence to the Project contract and policies and procedures, as well as other applicable laws and regulations.
--Works with the Regional Financial Office to monitor, including income and expenses pertaining to merged entities activities and programs.
- Lead process improvement, reporting, policies and business model for the merged entities.
--Works with the Account Manager and where appropriate, the Facility Managers to review/make suggestions to the budget within the appropriate timelines.
--Review and analyze the budgeted spend versus the actual spend in a timely manner to ensure profitability goals and risk management strategies are balanced appropriately.
--Support annual and monthly forecasting process through working with facility managers to prepare budgets, financial projections and variance analyses.
--Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements for financial plans, trended future requirement, operating forecast etc.
--Maintain a strong working relation with Facility Managements and providing guidance on financial objectives and obligations.
--Prepare Monthly management reporting, provide variance analyses and reconciliations.
--Analyze operational results and prepare quarterly management reports to guide business decisions and ensure that strategy formation aligns with the key account business, strategies, support business unit revenue, cost, pricing and resource planning, budgeting, forecasting and report generation.
--Analyze, interpret and male preliminary recommendations on a broad range of financial operating issues, including but not limited to business unit profitability etc.
--Communicates regularly with management to share critical information, provide performance updates and seek consensus or direction.

Qualifications:
--A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Management and Administration or equivalent
--At least 8 years experience
-Significant experience on the "controllership " side of accounting and finance,with solid exposure to the FP&A functions as well.
-Hands-on approach in respect of the accounting control and consolidation work.
--Superior written and verbal communication.
--Good ERP systems knowledge and acumen.
--Realizes team synergies through networking and partnership by seeking out diversity of view points.
--Embraces changes, acting and advocate role model and promoting a mindset of continuous improvement.
--Proven ability to establish strategic initiatives for large high value customer relationship
--Ability to prioritize in a resource constrained environment.
--Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
--Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented collaborative environment.
--Proven experience as a valued contributor to the leadership team strategically supporting a business through a rapid growth and/or change.
--Extremely high energy and stamina to perform consistently and at a high level in a very demanding environment.
