Objectives of the Position
-As window person to support the accounts with logistic and admin related activities internally.
Main Tasks
? SOP&EOP product information collection and sharing
? Built data upload（Until the DMT system realizes automatic upload）
? Urgent materials coordination
? Safety stock tracking
? other logistic & admin related activities assigned by leader
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
-Education: Bachelor or above in business / logistic management / accounting or equivalent
-Working Experience: at least 1-year relevant work experience, preferable in Chemical industry
-Technical & Professional Knowledge: Well-developed EXCEL skills; SAP SD module key user preferred. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
