Responsibilities:

-Manage the system team to collect the customer requirement and concerns, solve the technical issues onsite and provide the technical support to customer, Trouble-shooting and analyze vehicles with Autoliv products.

-Manage the system team to Interact with Autoliv development team to ensure customer concerns and requirements are adequately addressed.

-Conduct technical presentation to support sales & marketing activities to acquire new business.

-Direct activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.

-Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan projects.

-Confers with management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.

-Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.

-Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the business/organization needs. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; appraising performance; create and maintain competence plan for the team; Chair official company -information on a regular basis

-Enforces Autoliv Standards application

Requirements：

-Over 10 years of working experience in automotive active or passive safety industry, the hardware and software design experience is preferred.

- Over at least 2 years management experience.

-Working experience on automotive restraint system is a major plus.

- English communication with global team

-Experience in Automotive electronic system design or software design or hardware design over 5 years.

-Preferably automotive electronics (Tier 1 preferred)

-Risk management, cost tracking, project reports

-Good Leadership

-Good Communication skills (communication with OEMs and in Autoliv)

-Methodologies for Embedded Systems Design (A - Spice 3) preferred

-Some Electronic Manufacturing experience would be a plus
