岗位职责：

-Organizing quality PTM daily work, assign task and coordinate resource to support project quality； 统筹项目质量的日常工作，进行任务分配和资源配置；
-Training/ develop quality PTM, improving project quality efficiency and quality assurance ability；培训、发展项目质量人员，提高项目质量的效率和质量能力；
-Quality milestone audit, identify project risk and escalate big risk；协助工程师进行milestone评审，识别项目质量的风险，进行及时升级和处理；
- Optimize project quality control procedure and guarantee robust quality control system;
-Evaluate project quality planning and guarantee adequate quality assurance， Eg. Collect and understand customer request, SPPC control, audit FMEA/CP etc；对项目质量策划进行评价，确保质量保证的充分性，包括对客户要求的收集理解，SPPC的识别, FMEA/CP的评审等；
- Join PMC and TSC to escalate quality risk and searching method to solve the risk；参与PMC及TSC会议，对质量风险进行及时升级并寻求改善措施；
- Monitor project quality roadmap, identify the block point and search the solution；对项目质量roadmap进行跟进，对障碍点进行及时了解和解决；
-Follow-up QRQC of critical customer quality issue or repeat issue, identify and take systematicimprovement action；对重大项目客户问题或重复发生的质量问题进行QRQC跟进，并识别、采取系统的改进措施；
- Coordinate resource in company wide to guarantee project quality implementation；协调公司相关资源、确保项目质量的及时有效开展；
-Audit project development process and guarantee project follow group standard procedure；对公司所有项目的开发过程进行审核，确保项目按项目标准流程执行；
- Stop any deviation in project phase and stop delivering non conformance to customer, push relevant team correct immediately in case of any non conformance；对公司所有项目的质量结果进行监控，并在发现偏差时及时停止，责成相关部门进行整改，确保所有输出附合客户要求；
- Attend FDPR through process audit to identify the risk and adequate and long term process ability ；参与FDPR，通过过程审核确保过程的能力符合性和长期有效性；
-Coordinate the project transfer；协调生产质量与项目质量的衔接，确保项目的顺利交接；
-Other jobs assign by site quality manager；质量经理分配的其他工作。

任职资格：
-Collage and above，Engineer background；大学专科及以上，工科背景；
-At least 3 years project quality experience in automotive Tier1；质量管理工作3年以上
-Skilled in quality tools APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,
-Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams;良好的客户和内部团队沟通和管理能力；
