Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of the company policy and regulations and national laws and related regulations. 
- Promote and execute Lean, 6-Sigma management system implementation in the factory.
- Maintain / improve existing processes via suggestion, JIT, TPM, Lean, 5S and other knowledge / best practice sharing. 
- Role model "Lean" philosophy and teach it to others through instructing classes and highly involve in problem solving teams. Training workers and engineers "lean" concept.
- Provide daily support and process knowledge to operate, maintain and improve the processes in the building.
- Assist the project department leader together to complete the improvement of existing production equipment in the factory, introduction of new production lines, and extension of infrastructure, such as building, etc.
- To closely cooperate with Project engineer and Engineer team to ensure the capital project thoroughly consider the deal with the operation concern and issue.
- Provide day to day manufacturing support, doing the trouble shooting and participate root cause investigation.
- Maintain and improve the production capacity, leading productivity improvement project to improve OEE/TEEP.
- To be the process expert for all processes within the area of responsibility, familiar with the control system, monitoring the process with PI, OSMAR.
- To maintain and review the SOP of equipment/operations, ensure the related document like PIDs updated.
- Support and offer the training to operator.

Qualifications Required:

- More than 5 years of work experience in chemical manufacturing industry; 2 years of work experience in production related management position, international environment is preferred. 
- Knowledge of lean manufacture
- Fundamentals in Chemical Process Technology and 6sigma background.
- Knowledge of manufacturing Process
- Knowledge of Process Safety
- Good communication ability.
- Good command in both oral and written English.
