Mission of Function?

Take over executive responsibilities of maintenance for THT equipment， which encompassed equipment trouble shooting and defects analysis as well as general management for THT issues.

What are my responsibilities?

Soldering machine maintenance strategy setup and maintenance plan effective implementation

焊接设备的维护策略制定和维护计划有效实施

Abnormal defects handling, systematically analysis for the soldering machine, and improvement confirmation

焊接设备的异常处理和系统性分析，并确认实施效果

Technical guidance and training for the soldering technician

焊接设备技术员的技术指导和培训

Spare parts strategy setup, and spare part management and cost controlling for the soldering machine

焊接设备的备件策略制定和备件管理以及成本控制

Maintenance plan optimization and improvement for the soldering machine, THT TPEM implementation

焊接设备维护保养项目的优化和改进, THT TPEM 活动的推行和开展

Monitor and report soldering machine running status, including machine availability, defect rate etc.

监控和报告焊接设备的运行状态，包括设备有效性，产品不良率等

Cooperate with other departments to investigate and release new machine, responsible for new machine project tracking

与其他部门合作参与新焊接设备的调研和释放，负责新设备项目的跟踪

Safety education and assessment assistance for the leader

协助上级做好安全教育和各项考核

What do I need to qualify for this job?

College or above, major in mechanical and electrical engineering

大专及以上学历，机械、电气工程相关专业

Familiar with soldering process,3 years maintenance & repair experience for the soldering machine

熟悉焊接设备的工艺制程，3年以上焊设备维护维修工作经验，

Familiar with machine principle, circuit, master common defects analysis and maintenance method for the soldering machine

熟悉焊接设备原理及相关电路，掌握常见的故障分析及维修方法

Proficient in using Microsoft office software

熟练操作Microsoft office办公软件

Basic English communication and electrician knowledge

能够运用英语基本交流并具有一定的电工知识

Good sense of safety and quality, good capability in communication, organization and coordination.

具有较强的安全和质量意识，良好的沟通、组织和协调能力

Good dedication and team work spirit, working under high pressure, active and highly motivated

具有良好的敬业和团队精神，能够承受工作压力，工作认真负责

Familiar with Seho, Ersa soldering machine, coating maintenance experience is preferred

熟悉Seho, Ersa焊接设备,有 coating设备维护经验优先
