-Responsible for business development in new area, e.g. HVAC (Air-Conditioner, Heat pump, Water heater,Ventilation), ...
-Exploring new business opportunity beyond home appliance business
-Maintain customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction incuding expanding business at customers.
-Reporting the finding and analysis of business opportunity and market
-Visit and organizing meeting with customer accroding to requirement
-Communicate and negotiate with customers related commercials, e.g. quotation, pricing, Contract...
-Keeping reliable relationship with customers key functions, e.g. Purchasing and R&D and other related
-Win new business at related area especially home applaince.
-Quote and win new project.
-Cooperate with DCNJ functional department to ensure project phase-in and successful
-Collect and analysis customer information and tendency, competition, planning and key activities.


Qualifications Required:
-Bachelor/college degree, majored in electronics/electrnical or business discipline
->3 years experience in Home appliance area or electronics or mechincal-electrical parts supply home applaince
-Fluent english communication skills, both in spoken and written
-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence & negotiate with customers
-Solid ability to work cross functionally wills all levels of staff and management
-Flexibility to travel as required
-Outgoing personality, good team player with strong cooperation consciousness
-Optimistic working attitude, ablity to facing challenge and pressure.
