1．Responsible for the management of important documents and department files. Ensure the integrity and security of the files ａｎｄ keep confidential;
 负责公司重要文件及部门档案文件的管理工作。及时做好档案资料的收集、整理、存档以及借阅登记等工作，并确保档案的完整和   安全，做好保密工作；
2．Compile and optimize the department's and regulations and working procedures. Follow up the implementation of relevant rules ａｎｄ regulations;
 编制、完善本部门的各项规章制度和工作流程，并及时对相关制度的执行情况进行监督、检查;
3．Responsible for the use of company seals according to procedure;
  按照公司印章管理规定，保管使用印章并对其负责；
4．Responsible for internal and external audit of department documents;
   负责部门文件的内外部审核；
5．Responsible for writing departmental related documents and reports;
    负责起草、撰写部门相关文件和报告；
6．Responsible for organizing and arranging departmental meetings and follow up;
    负责部门内部会议的组织和安排，并做好会议纪要及行动点的跟进；
7．To assist with departmental government affairs;
    协助办理部门政府事务；
8．Responsible for the management of departmental various office assets, ensure reasonable use and improve the efficiency to save cost;
  负责部门办公各种资产的管理，确保合理使用并提高财产的使用效率，提倡节约；
9．Responsible for departmental 5S management service-related work in the office area, and  create a good office environment for employees;
  做好本部门办公区域的5S管理服务相关工作，为员工创造良好办公环境;

10. Follow all the other work assigned by GM Office
 完成领导安排的其他事务
11.  To meet the requirements of TS16949 / ISO14001 standard ｉｎ routine works
  按照IATF16949及ISO14001的要求开展工作

任职资格：

1.College degree or above, major in file management, administration, law or related

  大专及以上学历， 档案管理、行政管理、法律及相关专业

2. Two years administrative related experience
