工作内容：

1、依据研发提供的资料以及公司的宣传规划，完成相关宣传物料文案的编写与更新工作。

2、参与产品开发项目，配合跟进项目进度，并完善相关资料与记录。

3、为销售与客户提供一定的技术支持并不定期针对产品进行培训。

4、配合销售支持部门跟踪客户投诉，处理相关事宜。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历

2、专业不论，医学相关专业及生物相关专业毕业生优先。

2、有公众号运营，广告文案写作经历者优先。
