Mission：
The position is defined to manage the development of vehicle harness, HV harness, battery pack busbar, Response for the design, validation and qualification of the related products.

Major Responsibilities：
-Senior harness engineer
-Design release for the product compatible with company technical standard requirement , the marketing and project requirements
-Lead the vehicle harness, HV/LV harness routing design, wire selection define, connector selection, battery pack busbar development
-Manage the hard point in accordance with QCDP policy, Risk management
-Responsible for the technical requirements review with project leader, Stellantis global counterpart
-Lead harness validation and support vehicle testing, analyze root cause of malfunction
-Manage the engineering change
-Lead the assessment for suppliers technical proposal in project quotation phase with professional advice
-Lead the project progress as schedule in APQP scope.
-Working with Stellantis and supplier global teams with fluent English
-Other work that manager assign

Qualifications：
-Background of Electrical or Mechanical or vehicle engineering
-Good skill for CAD especially CATIA, CHS
-Self-driving working ability
-Strong communication skill
-Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
