Key Responsibilities

- Ensures rates quality on freight forwarding operations systems and handles non-compliance issues.

- Analyzes rates accuracy and coordinates with operations to ensure operation requirements are met.

- Convert rates from various format to the system interface format for the data upload. 

- Support the roll-out of company-wide Transport Management system Cargowise One on the rate contract management and auto-rating process.

- Other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements

- 3 year of relevant work experience

- Good command of computer and systems

- Solid understanding of freight forwarding in at least one product (sea- or airfreight) 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel 

- Works well independently and in teams

- Fluency in English

- Experience in Cargowise system is an a plus
