Essential Responsibilities:
Freight forwarding daily operation, both sea and air mode
Take responsibilities on customer service under customer compliance guidance to provide high quality service in logistics
Support Account Manager to report to VIP customers
Ensure all decisions and actions take into account the utmost safety in respect to the quality of the environment and health of employees and contractors in which BDP interacts with on a daily basis

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
College/University Graduates
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience handling ocean export functions
At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a customer service type environment
Basic knowledge or relevant experience of int’l trade and transportation
DG import & export experience on freight forwarding is preferred


KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bank Draft, COA, CO, Insurance Certificate etc.
Performance of freight and related services
Understanding of common INCOTERMS
Familiar with Shipment Modes/Types
Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import & Export
Understanding of L/C Terms & Bank Negotiation
Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word
Good Chinese & English Skills

Independent and ability to work under tight timeline
