职位描述
Reponsibilites:
1, Mapping processes (identifying exceptions, deviations, and improvements), process change implementation and managing day-to-day process execution.
2, Manage regional SME team supporting regional JDE implementation.
3, Providing training of the end users and monitoring to guarantee proper day-to-day execution of the processes.
4, Evaluating process performance, assisting with the audit process and facilitating resolution of items not in compliance.
5, Perform day to day process administration and ensure completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations, provide training to the end-users and ensure the standards and procedures are being followed
6, Assist with the development and execute policy change communication. communicate new and changed policies
7, Create, analyze and distribute process reports to who may be concerned
8, Establish measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
9, Securing consistent processes in Operations, Procurement, EHS and QA on the regional level, implementing process improvements and manage deviations/exceptions.
10, Support BPR implementation in Operations for the region, where applicable
Requirements:
1, Bachelors of Science, Masters preferred (Chemical Engineering)
2, Lean Management and/or Six Sigma (e.g. Black Belt Certificate)
3, Minimum of 5 year experience in Operations environment, Lean &/ SixSigma, Change Management and working with ERP systems
4, Analytical & Problem solver
5, Innovation – is open to new ways of doing things
6, Receptive to Change – can switch gears/change direction quickly based on new information or developments
7, Fluent English in both oral and written
