本岗位有3－5年国际货代操作客服相关经验者优先。

JOB PURPOSE
Ensure cargo smoothly ship out and import without any mistake.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Follow up shipping instruction and SOP from overseas timely
Monitor daily operation with shipper/local agents closely
Do house bill & master bill as confirmed with supplier & agent
Close files within target time period and issue accurate invoice timely
File closing and system input with 100% accuracy
Check debit note and credit note every month
Match invoice in due course once received it from foreign and local agent.
Other tasks assigned by manager

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
Meet customer’s reasonable requirement and grasp the updated information of customers.

MAJOR CHALLENGES
Reduce operation costand possible operation trouble in daily work

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills with customer, local agents and foreign partners
Good identification of the duties to be performed by himself and different colleagues and coordination of these duties
Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions
