职责描述：
Ensure the execution of assigned Capex Projects in time and within Budget in collaboration with Maintenance / Production departments and Contractors.
Plan & control the assigned project budget and cost, initiate counteractive measures if there are variations in accordance.
Design and perform implementation including handing over the system as per procedure with signature in accordance
Carry out for projects studies which are initiated by different sections(feasibility, cost, time and pay back)
Ensure HS&E related issues is taken care and follow up.
Other jobs temporarily arranged by dept. Manager Understand and obey job safety

Familiarize themselves with MSDS of hazardous substances within work scope;
Work in accordance with procedures and instructions;
Use tools, equipments and materials in accordance with procedures, instructions or safe trained methods;
Report all injuries, near misses and exposures to hazardous substances;
Inform their supervisor of any hazard, unsafe condition or practice and correct immediately
