Responsibilities:
1. Day to day communication with overseas agent / operation /customer service / finance team to supervise outstanding payment report in effective and timely back to ZLC CHINA
2. Evaluation for agents needs and team contributions(day to day communications and feedback)
3. Evaluation for each project risk with management guidance
4. Evaluation for each agents and customers background , feedback
5. Evaluation for outstanding agents and financial background
6. Target of global networks development – deeply chase new opportunity or project thru WCA network / JCTRANS net with the benefit to the company /event participation /agent visits ,etc.
7. Strong relationship with agent & potential accounts and quick response of sales leads follow-up is highly preferred .
8. Day to day report to CHINA BDM for branch office for these outstanding payment settlement in process .
9. Assist for ZLC CHINA BDM for overseas agent communication and developments
10. Other tasks as assigned by ZLC CHINA BDM .
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business or supply chain management
2. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Courier services/ eCommerce /Air Freight industry
as supervisory / management level
3. In-depth market knowledge of the international courier service industry
4. Extensive Knowledge of e-Commerce service
5. Proven ability to drive revenue from multiple accounts
6. Strong interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking skills and networking capabilities
7. Excellent negotiation skills
8. Able to work under pressure and detail- oriented
9. Good command in both spoken and written in Chinese and English
10. Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
